Gardens of La Palomera
The Terrace of Thaís Noriega

Señora Thaís's house is located on the corner of "la vuelta de los jeeps", a square-shaped space at the end of the road that leads up to La Palomera, where cars and jeeps can turn around. This same house is also home to some of the few remaining pigeons in the neighborhood, hence the name "La Palomera". On the terrace of the house is a small mango tree planted in a barrel from which many mangoes have been harvested. Next to it, there is a vine, daughter of the vine of Mrs. Marina Matos, which Thaís's mother received as a gift. In the garden there is also basil planted in pots and a hen house where they raise fighting cocks.
